I have been staying there on a regular basis since I'm in transition and the staff have been very friendly, the facility has been accommodating and the amenities are very good. The price has been reasonable and its convenience to the area with shops and restaurants. it has been great! I highly recommend it! Maureen

I enjoy my stay at the red roof, the rooms are nice and affordable not to mention the staff is really cool as well. Anytime I stay there Mrs. Angel make sure I’m well taken care of and if there’s any issues it doesn’t take them long to solve the problem. Thank you to the staff, keep up the good work!!!

After seeing the previous reviews, I took a chance and to my surprise the hotel has been under new Management for the past 3 months and lots of changes have and are happening. The room was clean, no signs of any of the previous complaints. The halls have new carpet and there were no offending odors. This is a 100% smoke free hotel so no cigarette smell was noticed. The staff including the manager were very friendly and accommodating. This is an older hotel with no frills but if you’re looking for a place to sleep that’s decent and inexpensive you may want to give this location a try.

I really love the design of this property. And the way it's set up. Very convenient walkways to rooms and comfortable rooms. Two thumbs up for the friendliness of the staff and accommodating me on a cold wintery night (a my electricity went out...brrrr!!!)

Deposit, no deposit which one is it? It feels like deposits are handed out based on front desk's discretion. I haven't been charged a deposits with my last 4 visits now night... "Deposit! Everyone gets a $50 deposit." That's what the sign says but that's not what's been happening so I'm confused. I don't even have a track record of destroying my room and I use the app which was my impression that I wouldn't have to pay a deposit because everytime I have use the app making my reservations not one whiff about a deposit has been made. I just need consistency.
