  This place is a joke. Worst and most lazy staff I have ever encountered in any type of office. Avoid this place like the plague if you can.

  The security guard, and every person I dealt with was very polite and professional. The security guard was very serious, but made jokes too. I was in and out of there in about 45 minutes with no appointment.

  The wait took FOREVER!!!!!!!!! The guard at the door was SUPER RUDE!!! Damn near knocked me over just to tell me I couldn’t bring water in the building(which is ok) but damn... could you have at least said good morning first??? Ugghhh

  I am the representative payee for my son on SSI. I received our yearly renewal letter dated March 14, 2018. It stated that I was to call the office on March 26, 2018 at 3PM. Odd, usually they call you, but OK. I called the office at the stated time and put in the ext of 19322 Mrs Jorge. It went directly to voice mail and I was informed that I would receive a call back within 24 hours. I left my name and contact information . I called the office 03-26-2018 at 2:57PM 03-26-2018 at 3:06PM 03-26-2018 at 5:56PM 03-27-2018 at 11:30PM 03-27-2018 at 3:32PM 03-28-2018 at 3:20PM 03-29-2018 at 11:14AM 03-29-2018 at 11:18AM 03-29-2018 at 5:37AM At all of those times I left my name and contact num and was assured by Mrs Jorge that I would receive a call within 24 hours. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM MRS JORGE. 03-29-18 at 11:21 AM I spoke with her Supervisor, Mr Williams, (who was unaware of the content of the letters his office sends out), he placed a note on her desk and assured me that she would call within an hour. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL FROM MRS JORGE OR ANYONE AT THIS OFFICE. 03-30-2018 I have tried 3 times to get through to ANYONE at the office and have been on hold at least 20 minutes each time and then was hung up on. On March 29, 2018 I received a letter stating that I MISSED my appointment and they have threatened to take away the SSI for my disabled son. If I could give a 0 star review I would.

  I went here to change my last name and get a new social security card. I brought my patience with me because I have heard horror stories about how long it can take at these places, but was pleasantly surprised when a gentleman greeted me at the door, pointed me in the right direction, and within ten MINUTES I was out the door. The female attendant that assisted me was pleasant and made the process painless. Maybe I got lucky, but it sure did seem like a very well-oiled machine here unlike most other government agencies that I've dealt with in the past! Props to these guys!
