::Had everything, waited for over 1.5hrs and then lady would not let me go to the car to get the current insurance because the future insurance is not valid as a proof of address!!!! Please inform people better before making them waste their precious time.

::Was there about 40 minutes, 9 to 10am Friday for license renewal. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Got a place to park quickly. Good experience overall.

::Three trips and they just outright lied to me! I asked if I could go to a third party for my driving test and they said yes, but did not give me the necessary paperwork to do so! Paid $60 and had to cancel with a driving school and will probably never see the money again because of their complete and total incompetence. Just give me the right paperwork. How hard is that??? It’s not that hard, it’s the same thing over and over again! Oh and guess when they’re scheduling driving tests??? FOUR WEEKS OUT. Yes, you have to wait four weeks. Hope you don’t have a life!!!!

::I visited the office early in the morning and the line was already long. Once inside we were greeted by a very organized group of staff handing out numbers and applications. They were very informative of how things were going to go. I was nervous at first because I had heard horrible things about the state but I think those people may have thought they could just get what they want without what is required by the state. When I got to the counter I almost had everything I needed but was missing one thing for proof of residency but the lady named Ms. Rodgers was very friendly and very helpful I must say for being early in the morning. When I went back I was hoping to her again but got a different person instead and they were just as helpful. I will definitely try to spread the word to go to that office because my experience was great!!
