  I went to start new water service today & it was a great experience. Cindy was a great help & explained all the paper work to me. She also informed me of all the events in the city. She welcomed me to the city & told me I could call with any questions.

  The customer service at this facility is piss poor and needs reconstructing and the individuals need new customer service training. Especially the older lady at the window.

  Very poor customer service! Not organized, lose dog registrations! Not only do the misplace dog registrations they reported they caught my dogs I got a citation for it when I get there to pick them up my dogs come up missing from their kennel, like seriously you guys better dismiss the citation for SELLING my huskies to someone else!!!

  Edgecliff has the worst water policies of any city I have ever known. If you don't pay your bill in 15 days from the 1st of the month, you get a late fee and a disconnection notice. If you don't pay by the last day of the month, they cut it off on the first of the next month. You read that right. They CUT OFF YOUR WATER IN 28-30 DAYS!!! Everywhere else, you are not late until 30 days. What makes me upset the most is. They will disconnect the services for $3.00! Yup. I underpaid by $3 one time and they threatened to terminate services. I had just paid $150 CASH! Really people? $3??? This morning I woke up and realized it was the 1st of the month, and we had not paid the water. I rushed down to city hall with a $160 check. Deposited it in the drop slot at 8am. At 9am my water was disconnected. Are you kidding me? I don't know how much is owed. But it can't be that much. Don't care at this point. The fight is on! I put a stop payment on that check. I will find out how much they think they are owed and get a certified money order. We will be going to court this time. They are the only ones I have any problems paying. They do not work well with the people living in their town. Fort Worth need to take the town of Edgecliff Village back. This can't continue to happen. (Edit) to the guy who posted a year ago, if you read this do like am. Report them to BBB, Attorney Generals Office, and City of Fort Worth.
