::Ashley did my hair for a wedding and she did amazing!! She was friendly and professional!!! The price was reasonable and costumer service was excellent!! I would definitely recommend Ashely to anyone.

::Waited an hour for my appointment, nobody gives you updates, I can understand appointments aren't exact science, but keep people informed about delays. After waiting an extra half an hour I was told it would be ANOTHER 20 minutes . I have to wait almost 2 hours for an express haircut? Get it together.

::I will never go to this place to get my hair cut. The employee that work here are very rude. My family waited for over any hour and half and they still didn't get their hair cut. One employee with short dark hair was very nasty to my momther who WAS NOT ANY WHERE NEAR THE SHOP. KEEP TELL MY MOTHER THAT SHE WAS BEING NASTY WITH THE EMPLOYEE HERE. I WAS SITTING OUTSIDE THAT SHOP AND NOT ONE TIME WAS MY MOTHER NASTY TO ANYONE IN THERE. YOBUT IT'S OKAY FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES TO TAKE THERE FRIENDS BEFORE PEOPLE THA T HAVE WAITD FOR ALMOST TWO HOURS. YOUR BUSSINESS SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN . I WILL MAKE SURE ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL NEVER STEP FOOT ONTO YOUR SJHOP. AND I WILL BECALL THE BETTER BUSINESS ON YOU. AND YOUR EMPLOYEE DO NOT LISTEN WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER.

::This was the absolute worst experience EVER! When my family and I initially asked how long it would be we were told an hour (this was Saturday morning at 10:40 am) and my aunt told the woman we’d be back at 11:40. She said okay. At 11:40 my cousin, my aunts adopted daughter and I came back, we were told it’d be a few minutes it ended up being forty five minutes before I was called. Before I got my hair cut one of the stylists took their friend back which aggravated me. After I got my hair cut another stylist came in and asked how she could help my aunt and my aunt told her my cousin and other family member were waiting to get their hair cuts. The stylist who did my hair I don’t remember her name but she was short with shirt dark hair was extremely rude to my aunt and said she’d been rude to her the whole visit, this was a lie because my aunt had checked out at Walmart and put our groceries away and came back. My family doesn’t appreciate the rudeness we experienced nor will we ever come back. Your stylists need to learn customer service.
