  I was so happy with my experience here several months ago! Ken listened, showed me exactly what I needed and didn't try to upsell me. I bought a good value mattress for my guest room... and love it! They do have amazing higher end mattresses that I will be back for for my master. Excellent product, excellent customer service! Super refreshing experience!

  Unbelievable Customer Service They really care about Customer Satisfaction. Extremely Friendly Staff and Well Run Operation. Way beyond my expections. Highly recommend buying your mattress from this place. Ken is the Best. Right on time and very efficient delivery.

  We bought a bed there my husband loves it however the delivery people showed up, smelt like pot, damaged our banister in several spots, took chunks out of the wood, damaged our blinds, etc. We called the store immediately and they said they would have someone call us and send someone out to look at the damage. I also emailed them the following Monday. I received an email back asking for photos which I sent and its been over a month now and no return call from anyone. Very disappointed in the customer service of the company.

  BUY YOUR MATTRESS HERE!! Excellent quality, excellent customer service!! (I recommend the organic latex mattress- an absolute guarantee for the best night of sleep, FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE, especially if you have back problems.) The noteworthy customer service I have received is comparable to what I'd expect from Nordstrom. In my book, that's the standard for which all other customer service is compared, and you can't get any better than that! Thank you, Sean Sutton, for all that you do to make your business elite. I will never buy a mattress from anyone else!!
