::We bought a bed there my husband loves it however the delivery people showed up, smelt like pot, damaged our banister in several spots, took chunks out of the wood, damaged our blinds, etc. We called the store immediately and they said they would have someone call us and send someone out to look at the damage. I also emailed them the following Monday. I received an email back asking for photos which I sent and its been over a month now and no return call from anyone. Very disappointed in the customer service of the company.

(I recommend the organic latex mattress- an absolute guarantee for the best night of sleep, FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE, especially if you have back problems.) The noteworthy customer service I have received is comparable to what I'd expect from Nordstrom.
