  Sephora Fayette is my FAVORITE place to shop. Their in store customer service beats any other in store or online cosmetics retailer. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and are ready to help and give answers for anything - skincare, makeup, and fragrance. Jenny is the fragrance god of Sephora Fayette, I’ve fallen in love with every perfume shes ever recommended. I will definitely be back in super soon! Looking forward to another amazing experience

  These negative reviewers write reviews like the type of people who probably deserved to have a watchful eye on them. I don’t shoplift so I don’t worry if an employee is watching me. Secondly, you can’t say both “no available staff” and “they watched me shop”. I always have an awesome experience here. They always recommend makeup I end up loving and buying repeatedly. Christin got me on this Beauty Insider thing so I always have at least something free to pick up every time I go in. The whole staff is always super friendly and willing to help me with anything I need and they have way more of a selection than Ulta. Love this place!

  The Sephora team at Fayette mall is always super knowledgeable and helpful! I went in looking for a moisturizer & left with a whole new skincare routine!! So excited to try out my new goodies.

  I’ve had such great service at this Sephora. Every time I’ve gone in, someone has been able to help me find what I’ve needed. I also want to say how much I appreciate Jay’s recommendations on products. He’s always recommended exactly what I’ve needed! I love this place.

  I was in Sephora not to long ago looking to purchase a new cologne and lotion to add to my morning routine. I couldn't have had a better experience! Not only was Jenny extremely knowledgable about the various fragrances she suggested, she also couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. I then made my way over to find a new lotion and Jay & Christine gave me the same excellent service. I left with exactly what I was looking for, I wish Google allowed 10 Star Ratings!
