  Rude workers. Every time I go in here everyone is snarky and acts like you’re in the way. Stick to shopping online.

  The people at this store are rude, not willing to help, incompetent, and have ZERO personality. Its not just one or two employees that I have encountered these problems with, it is many of them, managers included. When they make a mistake, instead of apologizing and trying to quickly correct it they looked at me like I was the one who made a mistake, and never even thought about saying sorry. Basically this is the worst American Eagle I have ever been in (and I have been in many and am a very frequent shopper of AE) and you should not even waste your time at this one and just go on over to the one in Hamburg.
