  Overbooked and under staffed are two words I would use to describe wedding wonderland. The selection is very limited and if you want help forget it. I went in yesterday looking for a wedding dress with one of my bridesmaids my appointment was at 3:00. We had to wait until around 3:30-3:45 to get taken back we were given a room the dress I wanted to try on and left alone my bridesmaid put me in every dress I tried on the sales lady was rushed trying to go back and forth between other brides. Then on top of that another girl came in whose appointment was at 4 and she immediately got help and had a consultant at this point I was fed up and left. They defiantly do not make you feel like a priority. Will not be going back to this shop and will defiantly tell everyone I know to avoid this poorly ran shop.

  The staff at Wedding Wonderland was able to quickly find my daughter her PERFECT dress. It arrived exactly as ordered and on time. This past Saturday was the wedding, and she was simply beautiful in her dress!!! I can't say enough how great our experience was with Wedding Wonderland. They paid great attention to the details, recommending the perfect cap sleeves, jewelry and veil. My experience was ABOVE 5 Stars! Thank you to the owners and wonderful staff at Wedding Wonderland!!!

  Me, my Fiance Tamara and my mother went there wedding dress shopping. We was greeted by the gentleman that sits at the front desk, the manager was busy with another customer so we had to wait, the new hire, Kasey (however you spell her name) came in and waited on us once she had clocked in, We told her that we needed to be under the $500 range, so we go to the sale section and found a dress for $299, we went and looked at another dress that was almost $800. Kasey takes Tamara to the back room and gives her the $800 dress to try on, it was a little too big, she then tells Tamara that they don't have a dress to fit her that they all were too small, basically calling her fat, she wouldn't even let Tamara try on the 299$ dress that we had already picked out. Then she kept asking us if we had anymore questions for her. Not to mention, she kept spelling and writing down my name wrong. That's one girl that needs to be fired. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to that place.

  My experience was absolutely wonderful. I see that others seemed to have a terrible experience, but mine was nothing but pleasant. I told them my budget and they stuck with just the dresses in that budget. My dress I bought is beautiful! I just recently went to do my bridesmaids dresses (a party of 7) and they helped us out so much. They once again stuck with my budget and didn't exceed it. Plus my bridesmaids loved the dress they're wearing. My consultant was Casey and I loved her! So nice and so sweet I felt like a true bride. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I went to davids bridal before going here and my experience was terrible. I would never recommend David's bridal to anyone.

  I shopped here for both my wedding dresses, my bridesmaids dresses and a bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding. The staff are not very pleasant and definitely not helpful. When I initially shopped for my wedding dress the sales associate was rushing me and definitely didn't make me feel like a priority. She also made a comment saying that I needed to pick different colors than my friend's wedding (because you know, real friends are petty enough to be upset that you also like the color purple). When I came to get measured for my bridesmaid dress, they couldn't find the dress that my friend had picked out, literally had no idea which one it was. I had to show them. Then they had me try a different dress on that was not anywhere near the same style. I haven't received the dress yet, so the verdict is still out on whether or not it will be the correct size. After these experiences I still wanted to give them a third chance because I did like their selection of bridesmaids dresses. I came to the store with all of my bridesmaids and we found dresses that fit each of their body types nicely. I was told that they were all by the same designer and they come in a dark purple color which is what I wanted. I was super happy to hear this and was going to purchase these dresses. Then I called later that evening to get the name of the designer. The lady told me 3 of the dresses were the same designer but 1 was different. This is not what they told me in the store. Then my mom went to look at the color swatches available for the dresses I picked out and they told her these dresses were not available in dark purple, which was literally my only requirement for the dresses. I would not recommend this place, planning your wedding is difficult enough without having to deal with this place.
