  I have been staying here since a house fire took everything a couple of months ago. The rooms are like studio apartments and I would rent one if it wasn't so costly. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only negative I 6is that the pool and jacuzzi aren't working and the guest laundry is a joke if you're not on the first floor.

  They found my package so I’d like to update it back to 5 stars. I was here for 3 months and had a great experience. Great check in experience! Room looks good. Would be nice if they fixed the pool. Update They are fixing the pool.

  We stay at a lot of hotels and Residents is one of are main go to. Till this one staff we great but the rooms are really unsatisfying. Outside rooms it was so hot I could hardly breath. Food was so so. But to pay $140 per night we stayed in room 118. Look at the picture of the curtain and the gross dust from the vent.

  So just too be clear no one has contacted me nor said anything about any footage. The police asked for it when I was there I moved because I couldn't sleep nor did I feel safe there anymore. The manager has the police contact who filed the report. Whatever was found I hope that charges will be pressed and my belongings will be replaced. It's been almost 4 months I haven't heard anything from this property about my belongings that were stolen that exceeded the value of 8k. They fired the manager who was in charged the video surveillance didn't work and they had a private investigator to contact me to say that I shouldn't travel with expensive belongings. I have traveled for work over 20 years and I have never had anything like this to happen. Residence Inn is supposed too be a prestige place for lodging but what this particular property has shown me that they don't care about the guest at all. This place should be closed down the CEO responded that someone reached out to me from the property which was a lie. There were several incidents at the property that I have since heard of so keep yourself and family safe and stay somewhere safe not here.

  First room had issues with the TV called the front desk that night told a few tvs had an issue it would be addressed in the morning. Next evening I returned TV still didn't work, called front desk, they were unaware of any issue. Lady was great and they switched my room. Last night here I am FREEZING, woke up this morning to my room being 57 degrees!! Went over turned the heat on, ever hour it would turn off as I laided under blankets, realized it was on a motion sensor!!! So if you are laying in bed it assumes you are not there and it turns OFF. If you leave your room it turns off. I can understand the lack of updated rooms, but your rooms climate control should not be on a motions sensor set to turn off in an hour. I have been trying for six hours now to heat my room, it finally reached 66. I was due back here the first of the month for another week, I cancelled and will use another Marriott. Not because of staff they can only do so much but simple comforts like heat!!! This is a Marriott, I have NEVER had any issues like this. Not a great way to reduce costs on a business side.
