  This hotel has cleanliness issues. There is mold and mildew growing in the shower. The hallways and elevator need to vacuumed. There are rates that include breakfast, but if you don't ask you don't get the special coupon that actually gets you a free breakfast instead $10 off.

  The 2 positives are: the wonderful staff and the location. But unfortunately they are not the only things that make up a hotel stay. The shower was clogged, didn’t drain. The window wouldn’t close and I had the sound of wind and sirens all night. There was Dust every where, stains, a mirror with a mysterious cord buried in the wall behind wallpaper, and apparently my name is Josh? No Starbucks, nothing opened (it was a huge weekend for IHSA wrestling too!) Maybe it’s the room but stay away from room 216. Its as if Marriott has forgotten this location and it’s on the island of misfit toys. Thank goodness for the service team. Sad I used my points for this. Maybe it would have been better to use my credit card for a better stay?

  Staff was very polite but this hotel is dirty. Our family stayed here and had 4 rooms. They were all dirty. Toenail clippings on the floor, used contact lenses, cheeto snacks on the floor that we didn't bring. Overall heading home to take another shower after staying here. Breakfast here isn't worth it. Bistro and bar all closed on weekends

  We just stayed here with family and had 4 rooms. None were very clean. My sister-in-law found a toenail clipping in her room. We had dried up contracts on our floor and my son found an old cheese puff on the floor. I don't think they vacuum regularly. My husband took the vent off in the bathroom and cleaned it because it was so disgusting. The elevator never went to the floor you requested. We overheard a number of other visitors discussing problems with the staff. They have an indoor pool but the water was so cold my boys didn't want to swim. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

  Not a very quality Marriott property. Needs alot of updating, paint on patio peeling off. The rooms are very noisy, I could hear everything in the room above me. Staff was great.
