  This is very nice hotel and comfortable stay. Front desk person is very helpful. Pool is nice and warm. The location is very convenient.

  Clean rooms, very kind staff and great location for Moms weekend at UIUC. Glad we stayed here!

  my room was quite good, the bed was fine. The one with the breakfast buffet wasn't good and mostly almost empty, although almost nobody slept in the hotel on weekends, for example. Also that the orange juice is only refilled after demand is not good. Every day the hotel also had a different price

  The hotel itself is ok. The rooms and lobby were fairly clean, if outdated. What was excellent was the customer service I received from David. There were issues with my rooms ahead of check-in and David assured me that he would help solve the problem. He was incredibly helpful and delivered on his promise. I am so grateful for the attention he gave to ensuring we had a positive experience upon check-in in.

  This place is as foul as it gets. Stained sheets, stained comforters that have for sure never been washed, springs in my back as i type this in this crusty bed. Sheets were absolutely folded but never washed. Tons of confusion getting our reservation somehow with 5 cars in the parking lot. Stay elsewhere.
