::The hotel's main floor and second floor are under construction. The staff does a great job of handling it. You don't really even know it's going on. The front desk staff will do anything they can to help you and that includes taking you in the hotel van within a mile of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and if we get back in the vicinity we will definitely stay here.

::Was nice even though they are renovating. They advertise having a pool which we were looking for since had young children. They told us they had no pool at all, not that it was being renovated but it was non existent. However they had it advertised on Google and Kayak with pictures plus TV hey had a sign in their own hallway listing "pool". Guess what, we found the pool and yes it was empty in a renovated area. So needless our small vacation was a bust because the 4 and 6 yr old couldn't swim after being dragged site seeing that didn't interest them too much. Customer service was a joke.

::I stayed here a full week. My room had a mini-kitchen and the hotel's location is walking distance to the DC metro, whole foods market and CVS. I used the blue-line metro to easily commute into downtown DC daily. Important to mention that the metro also takes you directly into Reagan National, so transport to and from the airport via metro couldn't be better, it is only two or three short stops away. Hotel staff were very friendly and eager to help, room was great and access to DC, Alexandria and Old Town is hard to beat.

::All the staff were very friendly. The free breakfast was varied and at least twice a week they provide snacks and drinks in the evening. A shuttle service is provided within a mile radius of the hotel. Some of my party members said the beds were a tad hard but honestly I had no difficulty falling asleep and didn't think negatively of the beds. There is also a whole foods and a park within two blocks and the metro station is within easy walking distance it you can take the shuttle.

::The hotel is very conveniently placed near a market and the train station. It serves continental breakfast each morning, and it's amazing. It has its own parking structure, and given it's location, parking on the street on weekends is free. The staff is friendly and always ready to help and ask if you need assistance. Also... Waffle maker. Need I say more?
