I arrived at 4:10pm after a 16 hour drive and was told my room wasn't ready, and sent to the concierge desk. While declining the many offers to listen to their new and improved sales speech, my keys were brought to the desk and placed several feet away from me, in between the two people working the concierge desk. I had to ask if they were my room keys, and then ask if I was being held hostage or I'd I was free to go, as the gentleman was not taking No for an answer. Even after pointing out that, I could not make changes as my spouse was not with me. (This type of behavior from concierge is normal, and happens everytime we take a vacation. We've been promised xy&z gifts for JUST ONE HOUR of your time. ... But that's only if you've agreed to the sales pitch within the hour. We've had multiple issues with our vacation hours being monopolized by pushy, high-pressure sales tactics, and even followed thru the lobby as we were entering or exiting for scheduled events) Upon arrival to my room, it was apparent that the room had not been opened in quite some time as it had a very stale odor. 10 minutes later when I returned to the front desk, and questioned the validity of her claims, the clerk acted as if she didn't know who I was, or what I was talking about, and said that maintenance releases the rooms. I accepted all the excuses until I found someone else's sock in our room, that didn't belong to us while we were packing up to leave.. knowing we stayed in a dirty room, after being lied to and check in, delayed for cleaning is absolutely appalling

Unfortunately these resorts get much hard use and people don't seem to care about the suites at all. Location is ideal and the area is very walkable. The free trolley is a bonus.

Very spacious suite/room, 2 bedrooms, lounge, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, roaster etc. Lifts are away from main reception and do not require a key card. WiFi is included. There is a gym but not worth visiting, poorly equiped, small with no atmosphere. Hotel was a great price for the location and size of suite, but be warned at the time they had a second check in completion where they did do a small sales pitch about a time share. Would use again simply for the location and size of the rooms.

The location and staff were great. It does not nearly compensate for the issues: We had multiple issues that we reported on the first day and nothing was ever done, even after we reported it to different staff on the second day. We were never contacted by a manager or anyone to resolve any of the issues. 1) There was a strong unpleasant odor in the main area of the suite. It wasn't even usable. We were given an empty can of febreeze and said there were no options to switch for that evening. They said they put in a note to the manager to see if we can get moved the next day 2) Our room is right out side the metro/train tracks. We were told there were no trains after 11 until 6, but that's untrue. There was train horns blowing all night keeping us up all night. We followed up in the morning to see if we can get a new room and were told that it was not possible that day but that it would be reported to their manager. We got no follow-up and was never allowed to move or even have the room deep cleaned during our stay so we never were able to use the living room. Apparently most of their rooms face the subway so there weren't very many rooms that don't. 3) There was no Kleenex the entire stay. WHAT?!?!? Can't someone during the 6 night stay we have go to Costco or ANYWHERE to buy some Kleenex?!?! By far, this was the WORST timeshare resort we have ever experienced after 10 years of ownership in 3 timeshares. The quality of everything is like an expensive motel 6 (cheap coffee, cheap toiletries, old, dated furniture, sticky carpet, etc). The parking area even smelled of vomit and sewage.

This was our first time here. We would definitely return. The staff are awesome! The room was great. They only reason for 4 out of 5 rating is there were some cosmetic issues that need to be taken care of. Great location.
