::Had a wonderful holiday with my family. The resort is just a 7 min walk to Gaylord for all the festivities. The ferris wheel is always a treat, especially with all the lights lit up. We had a blast. Always enjoy the full kitchen for family meals and washer/dryer to take back home clean clothes (one less thing to do when you get home). The kids really enjoyed the pools (yes, indoor & outdoor were opened and heated). Nearby you'll find MGM, shopping at the outlets, and top golf to name a few.

::The hotel valets were very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond. The room was spacious. The bedroom fan did not work, neither did the outlet in the bedroom next to the bed so there was only one bedside lamp. The indoor/outdoor pool felt small for the number of guests. Location was very nice, and although we appreciated the security, getting a second key was difficult. Parking seemed expensive for the price of the room.

::I would rate this facility 4 stars if they did not make me an unpleasant surprise by charging the entire security deposit of $250 for cleaning the suite. The front desk told me there were no damage; however they found some leftovers (bags, boxes and trash bag). I never been made aware upon check in that cleaning the room will result in such charge . I emailed the Hotel manager to discuss the terms of the security deposit but no response. My over all experiences with every thing else is good. It is Located in an a tidy and convenient area , has nice playing areas/swimming pools and spacious and well equipped suites for extended stay with the family.

::Right next to some beautiful views, the resort has 4 pools, a game room, from 9am to 10pm as well as a 24-hour gym, spa, and computer room with printer. It might not serve breakfast but each room has its own kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, and sink. The best part was the free laundry room. The parking validation was a breeze thanks to customer service.

::Great location to enjoy the national harbor area. Not too far from Washington DC. The facility doesn't have its own parking, but there's a parking lot across the street, which the timeshare acts as the intermediary. My guest arrived first and instead of asking how long they plan to stay, they assumed they would stay the duration of the reservation and issued them a parking pass for the length of the reservation. When they left 2 days shy of the reservation, they were told there is no refund for unused time. The lobby and common areas looked nice. My room was a 3 bedroom suite with a balcony. The room was a decent size, the amenities were a bit antiquated, and the rug was disgusting. My grandson, a 15 month old, was with me and the dirt on his feet, daily, was unacceptable. Unless Wyndham plans to renovate, I don't see myself staying there again. This is not the first Wyndham timeshare that I stayed at that seriously needs an upgrade. It makes me wonder what they do with our maintenance.
