They grind all their bed in house. Their burger selections are interesting. They also have a make your own burger section. Their drinks are good. The ice cream was very sweet and also made in house. I'll definitely come back!

Last night in Seattle. We were very tired and wanted a good meal but did not want to travel far from the hotel. We decided to stay at the hotel and eat. The burger was great. The beet salad was great. Prices were great. Excellent choice.

Huge and very tasty burgers. Pricey, especially considering that all sides appears to cost extra, but the volume of burger appears to be worth the extra cost. Staff were reasonable and the decor was alright, if only a bit dark (might need to bring a light to read the menu). Definitely a place worth going once if you are already staying at this hotel.

Loved their burgers. They are gluten free friendly! Especially loved John!! He made our experience at the Relish Burger Bistro very memorable.

The food was really great. But the staff is dismissive and indifferent unless you are some rich looking old fart. Upon entering I asked to sit at a table and the hostess looked at me as if I shouldn't. Initially I was ignored and then asked if I wanted takeout. It wasn't a busy night either. She asked me why I didn't want to sit at a packed bar when I didn't want any alcohol. I wasn't dressed particularly fancy but by no means did I look like some disheveled lunatic Seattle streets are famous for. I live very close by and its unfortunate that the atmosphere here sucks because I really enjoyed the food. P s. I was polite the entire time. No need to justify peoples maltreatment.
