  While my son was a student at Tulane University, this bacame our go to hotel. Free parking, many restaurants nearby, the St Charles Streetcar is half a block away. You can take the streetcar to the French Quarter or it's really not that bad of a walk. Free breakfast too!

  You can't beat the location of this boutique hotel. It's right in Garden District, just minutes from the Green Line tram. At a pinch, it's even walkable to Bourbon Street. Seemed a pretty safe neighborhood. Great grocery nearby called The Fresh Market... so very convenient in many ways. The staff was friendly and helpful to us tourists visiting NOLA for the first time. We took one of their 2nd floor rooms that has a loft to get two double beds. Neat stuff! However, the problem is that we found the carpets in the room pretty dirty and musty to the point that we were reluctant to walk bare feet! The air conditioning didn't quite reach the loft area so it did get a little uncomfortable by the morning. The breakfast is extremely basic, but there are lots of options close by. All said, it's quite okay for the $130/day.

  Bon report qualité prix, la chambre 101 authentique un tous petit peu bruyant car au rez-de-chaussée mais c'est acceptable, juste l'eau chaude qui vient du bout du monde donc il faut attendre un peu mais rien de mechant non plus. Le tous très propre. Il manque juste un multiples prise pour les chargeurs.

  Reserved two rooms 4 months in advance in July and had to cancel one of them 3 months out. I made sure with the employee on the phone that one specific room was canceled and not the other. When we got there in November for our wedding, we learned that the wrong room was canceled, and they couldn't get us the correct room. The employee at the desk said they would give us another room at the same price as the one we had paid for, which we agreed upon. We were instead charged for a more expensive room, which we did not know about until we checked out. We asked to speak to the manager and the manager did not care, was not apologetic at all, and did not give any customer satisfaction. She just blamed us and told us we should have noticed the pricing in our bank account when the wrong room was canceled. An apology or some accountability would have sufficed, but there was nothing at all from any of the employees.

  We had a wonderful stay. The rooms are small and quaint and clean. The future is old fashioned and quiet possibly antiques. The mattress was at least 12 inches of memory foam and wonderful to sleep on. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again if we go back to New Orleans.
