::The location was good especially close to the convention. Lots of local eats around. The hotel itself needs Renovating and remodeling. Staff is very friendly if needed I would go back again. I give it 4 stars because it needs a remodeling

::Great stay. Rooms were clean and fresh daily. Workers were exceptional. Carey (don't remember his last name) was very helpful and booked tours for us. Mr. Jason was very helpful and courteous as well. He made sure our breakfast experience each morning was everything we desired and he was so friendly. He helped us to relax. We also got to spend some time learning about the new changes coming to the hotel thanks to Dionne and Artemus. Exceptional Service and a great place to relax. Our Arkansas group was impressed and will recommend this 5 Star Hotel to everyone we know traveling to NOLA!!! ------Vernedia

::Stayed here one night on the 19th of January 2018. Hotel had no water in the rooms. Not their fault, however because it was due to freezing weather previously that week. So, I wasn't too upset by that. Otherwise, the room was adequate to our needs and the bed was comfortable. We check out Saturday morning to go on our cruise. The front desk attendant took our room key and checked the computer, and confirmed that we had prepaid for the room and had made no charges while at the hotel. We did not use the hotels parking at all. The problem comes later after we return home from our Cruise, and I check all of my credit card charges for the vacation and discovered a misc charge from Hilton for $44.07. no explanation or indication what the charge was for. I have since made several attempts to reach the Hotels accounting department, to find out why and what I am being charged for. They never answer the phone and even though I have left a message requesting a call back more than a week has passed and I haven't heard from them.

::Clean room, good service. 15 minute walk from French quarter. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is twofold... No breakfast included, and no complimentary car park. You should expect to pay $40+ per night for cast parking, and $12.50 per person for breakfast if staying.
