::Destroyed my white dress and all decorations on it melted and sticked to satin layers . Did not refund me, did not apologize. If they should not have accepted the dress at first place, I would go to a more competent laundry place. Had to ship the dress abroad for fix. My family stopped going there.

::Easy to drop off (Haven't tried the pick up service yet). We hauled a ton of dirty laundry here one Saturday and when I picked it up on Monday it was all neatly pressed and clean. Yay! I'm picky with my clothes, and nothing was shrunk or discolored- all done very well.

::They cleaned a few formal evening dresses for me, 1 of which I was certain I'd have to dye a completely different color because the stain was so bad and the other another dry cleaner tried and failed to get out what seemed to be basic dirt. The two I thought were "goners", they were able to work some magic! Definitely trusting them with sensitive fabrics going forward.
