::Took some shirts to get cleaned, they all came back with stains that they didnât have before, not only that but I got one of my shirts without one of the ribbons it had which I called and asked and theyâve given me every excuse in the book as to why itâs not on the shirt and their solution to the problem was âcanât you just go buy a new ribbonâ Iâve called to speak to the manager because it wasnât a cheap shirt. She has yet to call me and every time I call sheâs not there or they donât have a manager. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

::Unless you want your clothes to shrink enough to use as dog clothing, donât go to this place. ALL my clothes shrinked and are useless now. Keep in mind they were brand new. BAD.

::I have used River Dry Cleaners quite a few times and every single time its been a positive experience! It saves me time, energy and the headache of driving through LA traffic. Not only was the dry cleaning great, but I also had a zipper repaired and the pants were better the second time around.

::Reasonable and fast dry cleaning in Brickell. I bring dresses with wine stains, all stains were gone. Update: I picked up my kimono silk dress and stains that they checked and charged for it didnât come out completely I told them but nothing to resolve for it.

::Like many, I've been using River Dry Cleaners services for many years. Manly because of convenience being that I live in Brickell. Recently I picked up my garments from the cleaners and noticed blue and rust colored spots on a few shirts. This isn't the first time this has happen. The previous times it did, I just thought that mistakes happened and I brushed it off. Since this was the forth or fifth time that I had this issue, I decided to say something. Today I returned with the stained garments and a full load of clothes to be dry cleaned. I explained to the young lady at the counter my issue and she went to get assistance from a colleague. They all told me the reason for the stain was because of the quality of the fabrics that were used to make my shirts. I asked them if that applied to all the other shirts as well. Long story short, they continued to give me a run around and the manager didn't even have the decency to come out and speak to me herself. After I realized I wasn't going to resolve anything with this group, I prepared to leave. As I was about to exit, one of the ladies asked me if I would be leaving behind the load of clothes that I had with me. I looked at her and told her that they wouldn't be seeing my face again. Word to the wise. Just because something is cheap and convenient, doesn't mean it's good.
