  I have used them for just about two years after moving to Miami (Brickell). I used to travel every week to New York and needed a reliable service to pick up my clothes from my concierge on Monday morning and have them returned by Thursday evening when I returned home. The Dry Cleaning Factory always delivered on time, and if there were ever any issues, was quick to resolve. The quality of dry cleaning is great. I've also started using them for wash&fold, but only for my towels and bed linens - also great. If you are new to the area (Brickell) and are looking for a service that picks up your clothes/items and drops them back off in a couple of days, this is a great place to use.

  I've been using The Dry cleaning factory for the last three years and honestly I can not believe how reliable, professional and well managed this company is. They were recommended to me by the concierge at my building as the only dry cleaner that stopped twice a day so no need to schedule a pick up. I can't believe how convenient it is! Wish they were more affordable but i understand downtown is a high end market but overall great service

  This place is the WORST Dry Cleaners I've ever encountered. I used them 4 times and every single time they lost clothes, delivered late, or picked up my order late. This is the last and final time I use them.....in this case I placed my order on Tuesday night online and from my prior experience called Wednesday to make sure they actually pick it up. The owner, Rafael, told me " no problem driver is on his way." I call on Friday to see if they were going to drop off my clothes as schedule and the owner said "sorry sir but we just received your order today on Friday." He had no explanation as to why they picked up the order tow days late. NEVER use them, very unprofessional. I wouldn't be surprised if they lose my order completely.
