::Went to this place to get a root canal and crown put on my tooth, the doctor messed up and left a piece of the nerve in the tooth. Now it’s gotten infected and I have to pay again to have the same treatment done. Apparently they can’t do anything cuz they don’t warranty a successful treatment. They were happy to take the money tho.

::The place is in.my neighborhood and comes handy. All the doctors, dental hygienist, and staff are all friendly and knowledgeable to their core mandate. I couldn't have found a better dental experience over the years. You rock Premium Family Dental!

::This practice is AMAZING!!!! After getting the run around from Telegraph Dental for over a month as well as the lackluster customer service there, I reached out to Premium Family Dental, I had an emergency situation I called them on a Tuesday morning at 945am and they got me in the same day at 4pm, I had to have an emergency root canal. The dentist rocked😊😊😊😊She is the epitome of a professional, she explained everything and I have to go back to complete the work. The front desk is amazing, professional, has compassion and empathy ❤️ They sincerely care about their patients🙏🏾 They are definitely my new dentist.

::Exceptional service. Excellent staff, the front desk is always so kind and helpful. The assistants are always attentive and very careful! Dr. Tran is incredible, very transparent with the process. Nothing ever felt rushed, I never felt overlooked. I now have beautiful, straight, pearly whites thanks to this amazing team! Premium family dental is 11/10 and I recommend any family member/friend for braces here. I cannot say enough good things about this office.

::Even though I am not finished with my procedure, the staff was really nice. They made sure I understood everything for now and for my future visit. Dr. Van and her assistant were both really nice and informative and the two receptionist women were very welcoming. Way better than any Dentist Office I’ve been to in a while.
