Dr Guerrero is an outstanding specialist! He is patient focused, explains options and has the goal of the best outcome possible. The staff made sure I was comfortable and pain free during the procedure. The admin staff answered all my questions - there were no surprises! Dominion Endodontics is my go to for any future procedures.

I have never in 39 years had a better dental experience. When I arrived for both my evaluation and root canal, the front desk was prompt and pleasant and the lobby, while small, was fairly comfortable. The Alexandria office also has quite a nice view from both patient rooms I was in. In my evaluation for a root canal, the dental assistant was friendly, clear, and helpful and Dr. Leon-Guerrero spent more time than any of my past dentists explaining exactly what was going on with the problem teeth, what the consequences could be if left untreated, what the treatment plan was, and outcome expectations. He presented information expertly and clearly and answered all questions directly, ensuring I was informed and comfortable. At the actual appointment for my root canals, Dr. LG explained clearly and concisely in advance what would happen and ensured I understood. During the procedure, he worked quickly to complete both root canals within the local anesthesia timeframe while keeping me informed and comfortable. The staff gauged progress with x-rays, made additional adjustments, and validated that everything was complete and properly done with a second x-ray. Once finished, Dr. LG showed me the final x-rays depicting the results, explained what they did, covered care procedures, and sent me on my way. After both appointments, the office staff was genuinely friendly, receptive, and compassionate. I have honestly never seen such an incredible dentist or dental office. My only regret is that it's not a general dentistry office because, while I hope I never need an endodontist again, I would not hesitate to go back here.

This was by far the best dental appointment I've EVER had. I was nervous about having a root canal, especially through a crown, and Dr. Leon-Guerrero made it pain free, and quick! Even the way he gave me the anesthesia shots wasn't as painful as previous experiences elsewhere. He's fantastic!

I'm not usually one to write reviews, for the record. I was referred to this office by my regular dentist and it's easy to see why, everyone you interact with in the office is genuinely pleasant and the service is top notch. My root canal was a completely painless procedure aside from little soreness hours later. The next morning I had zero pain or swelling and was able to eat on that side of my mouth. Can't say enough great things about Dr. Palmieri, I'm seriously impressed.

Dr. Guerrero performed a root canal on my recently and I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. I'm not someone afraid of the dentist/dental work, but if you are, I imagine Dr. Guerrero would be the perfect endodontist for you. He thoroughly explains steps of the procedure and made sure before, during, and after the procedure I was comfortable and wasn't experiencing any pain. All the other staff (assistants and front desk workers) are super nice and accommodating. I've also been to all 3 offices and will say that if you want privacy during your procedure, I'd recommend going to the Arlington or Falls Church location as those have fully private rooms, Alexandria only has a portion of wall covering you from the hallway. I did enjoy that I could watch the metro trains go by at the King St station (which is a walkable distance from the office) while I waited for my numbing to kick in!
