  Very nice and professional staff. Clean facilities and no issues. Mechanics were very willing to work with me, were honest, and felt like a trustworthy group. The issue with my truck was found very quickly. They were very open about their pricing and explanation as to what was wrong. Diagnostic fee was $75 but honestly worth it.

  John is a terrific owner and knows his business. Stephen, Barron and the rest of the crew are extremely knowledgeable. If they can't do the work, they will tell you.

  orry to say my experience is different. My daughter brought her car here for brake repair. He charged me 200.00 I put it on my credit card. Then when she got home the next day she stated having problems with her power steering. Come to find out he put oil where here power steering fluid is to go. The oil clotted and we had to replace the entire pump. Maybe he thought we would bring it back to him. Well so sorry he lost a good customer trying to get over. I agree with Jessica if he feels he can get over he will.

  My Air Conditioning was cutting on and off on the hottest day of the season. I took it to Precision Tune Auto Care and was very pleased. They immediately started using electronics tools to identify the problem. They narrowed it down on an issue between the A/C compressor and something under the dash. They pulled an electrical schematic from their computer system. Figuring this might take some time, I walked next door for some lunch. By the time I finished they had identified that it was a relay and a little low on Freon. I was gone in a few more minutes with ice cold air conditioning. The service was far beyond what I have experienced at other shops. I will definitely be back.
