  So, my aunt's car broke down and she had to get to work. I volunteered to get her there and wait for AAA. Well, I didn't know what to do with it so I had it towed to the Pep Boys on McCart. They handled the unusual situation with utmost professionalism. I couldn't tell them why they car died or anything. They quoted an $85 diagnostic fee, which I agreed to. After a few minor adjustments, it was running beautifully. Best of all, they completely waived the diagnostic fee despite having done the work. I would highly recommend these folks.

  Went in to return an online order for my rear brake pads that didn't fit. As soon as I walk in there is a lady talking on the phone talking inappropriately and cursing excessively. She proceeds for a few minutes. Then when it was finally my turn in line, the guy at the register asks if I have a return. I tell him yes so he asks if he can go on and ring up the guy behind me. Didn't want to seem like a prune so I said ok. But the real problem came with my return. 1st I had to sign up as a Rewards Member just to do the return. 2nd they didn't give me the full price I paid for the brake pads. The manager was being an A-hole and just continuing to say the same thing over and over and not listen to what I was telling him or look at my receipt they sent to my email of what I paid. So in short, don't deal with they if you can avoid it. First and last time Pep Boys gets any of my money.

  They had all of the items I was looking for. One stop shop. I had to make an extension to my trailer harness. They had all the required parts I needed to make the job easier and faster. All of the required parts was $23.00 and I can build a second harness with extra parts. I have left over.
