I had scheduled an 11am appointment to have a set of new tires put on. I arrived 15 minutes early but it wasn't until almost 12noon before they even got my car into the bay. Why bother making an appointment? On the other hand, the staff was friendly and they seemed very knowledgeable about other things I inquired about (while killing time). I only wish they had stuck to their end of the deal on the appointment.

I am a card carrying member and have been going here for three years for all of mine and my husbands car needs. I’ve been extremely disappointed in their overall knowledge and HONESTY regarding repairs and maintenance. They seem to think I have “take my money” tattooed on my head. But luckily I know a few things about cars, despite my disadvantage of being a women. Like for instance you need to take off the tires to check if the brakes are good. That was strike #1. The brakes were in pristine condition and he said the entire housing was needing replacement. That was an outright lie. The second time they lied it was about a free engine check they advertised on the front of their building, and I happened to need my engine light checked. They never mentioned the free engine check and went straight to the engine diagnostics check (yes it’s a better test but you should start simple then go to the $100 test). I had them do the free one, and sure enough... gas cap was loose. That was easy, right? Third strike was this afternoon when a 3/4 inch screw that was nowhere near the outside panel had punctured my tire “irreparable.” I went across the street to discount tire and they patched it up NO problem! Firestone you’ll make more money being honest to me than lying to me. And you’ll never have another dollar of my money.
