  Ridiculous delivery times, at least double what's estimated. I live less than 10 minutes away and get cold food almost every time. If I'm lucky it's lukewarm.

  Great choice and selection of a various pizzas. It is a very wonderful place to eat

  Ordered pizza for the Super Bowl at 5:30pm. Was supposed to be delivered 6:30-7pm; okay, that's fine, I get it's a busy day. The pizza was NEVER delivered (waited until 10pm), no refund gave, and they would NOT pick up their phone. I'd literally rather get DiGiorno's than ever give Pizza Hut my money again.

  Don't order from here. Got a two hour wait because of the super bowl. That's understandable. Called after the pizza was supposed to be delivered, and no one picked up. Called more than 10 times, and they finally answered. They said they called us, and when we asked when, they said "one minute ago." That was more than two hours after they said the pizzas would be delivered. The manager also offered a 20 percent discount and then said we could pick it up ourselves. They said this was because there were 30 orders ahead of us. This was at 10:30pm, and we had placed our order at 6:30pm. They said they'd call their delivery person and call us back to let us know when it would be delivered. We called back ten minutes later, and their answering machine said they were closed.

  Do NOT order from here! Terrible Service and I NEVER GOT MY PIZZA OR A REFUND. Wait Time: OVER 3 HOURS Pizza Arrived: NO Refunded: NO, could not get a hold of anyone that could assist me. Will go in person next day. Online Tracker: was never updated Ordered at: 5:43pm Was Supposed to be Delivered at: 6:49pm Gave up at: 8:49pm Had to Call: 12 times Hung-up on: 4 times after speaking with someone Dialed Option #1: only way I could reach someone Dialed Option #2: hung up on Dialed Option #3: fax line Transferred to Manager and on hold for more than 20 minutes: 3 times On Hold with Customer Service for more than 20 minutes: 2 times Missed: the first half and halftime of the super bowl waiting on the phone, had to send someone out during the 3rd quarter to grab something else. ...I understand delay with the super bowl, but this is AWFUL!
