  Stopped in for an ice cream cone on a Saturday afternoon. This place was terrible. The heavy metal music was loud and not pleasant and affected the workers’ ability to hear what we wanted. They barely had any ice cream flavors. This is Baskin Robbins, known for their 31 flavors. I think they have 11 choices, not the best choices. It was also very dirty. Would not come back.

  The place is small but it’s honestly one of the Better Dunkin' Donuts locations I’ve been to with good donuts and very friendly and helpful staff. Also the Guy Who works there who happened to be there each time I’ve been is a Weeb (anime fan) like me and it’s always nice running into fellow anime fans outside of conventions.

  We stopped here at 7 pm after a long drive to order 2 chai lattes. My man behind the counter gave us a regular latte with two pumps of hazelnut syrup and an other random drink that tasted terrible. Had 5 Tic Tacs but still couldn’t get over the taste. Avoid this store

  I have been coming to this location for years and typically the staff is friendly and the service is good. This morning the woman working had awful customer service. I did a mobile order which my kids and I ate upstairs. When we got to the donuts she put in two powdered sugars instead of a powdered and glazed. The store was empty and I went downstairs to show her the receipt and ask for a glazed and she argued with me that she gave me the correct order. Just seemed like poor customer service over a $2 donut after a total $20 order. Especially her continued insistence to argue over it.
