  If you need some mechanic work done, here's your place. Call ahead and always look around for coupons. If you need to buy ANY car parts, look elsewhere. The corporate price match policy is excellent. When I went to use it on their 200% marked up (over the competition) parts, I was treated very rudely by the sales clerk and then asked by the manager "why didn't you just go to walmart." Well, I guess I should from now on. I hope corporate is aware of your new found tactics to acquire and retain business.

  I’m rewriting the review. I have been here several times since my bad experience and I must say Jason at the front counter is amazing. Reggie in the shop is fantastic and gets things done. They made sure that everything I’ve needed has been done. The staff they have now is way better and seems like they really do care. When I’m in a hurry they do their best to get what I need done as fast as possible. I love these guys. And I can say I now love this location and have faith in the men working here. Thank you to the new staff for caring so much!! I look forward to my visits now. *********old post********* If I could give zero starts I definitely would. We came here to get a tire fixed just one! They said it would be done in about 45 minutes. We are still here 2 hours later. I came back an hour after dropping it off and asked about it, the guy originally told us to leave it in the bay 1 I come and ask them about it the gentleman asked if it was the one by the door and I said yes he then proceeded to take it into the shop and was talking with a younger gentleman. Come back and tell me he will be right on it. About another hour passes, I'm just waiting in the parking lot at this point. I go back in and check and THEY STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN TO IT!!! How long does it take to change a tire off a rim? That's all they are doing. This is the 2nd time I've had a very bad experience with pepboys and I can say I will never be back.

  Ori was the most patient sales associate ever! He helped my boyfriend and grandfather with a new battery and installation. Very, very patient and dedicated to customer service. Great location!

  Brought my car in for a simple state inspection, for which I was told 15-20min and it would be done. Instead I waited over an hour while the guys in the back stood around shooting the breeze. Only to find out later the computer system wasn't working and they couldn't do the inspection. This is where customer service comes to die along with work ethic. Avoid coming here for service.

  Without a doubt, the best Service I have ever experienced. My serpentine belt broke on the way home from work. I got the car to a gas station and found that Pep Boys was only 2 miles away. I called and asked about a wrecker to tow my car to their location in Lake Worth, TX. The wrecker was there in 60 minutes, and my car was there at 6:45pm. I thought I would have to leave it overnight and had a number in my head around $400-$600. To my surprise they got my car in that evening and my new serpentine belt was on in under 30 minutes. Total price paid= $170 The wrecker was only $50, the part(3yearwarranty) was $30 and the rest was labor and taxes. I recommend this location for any service needs your car will need. The service was excellent, everyone I dealt with was so nice and very sympathetic to my needs. I drove to work the next day and have had no problems since then. Thanks Pep Boys-Lake Worth!!!
