::This location is terrible. I only took my truck in for an oil change at 9:00 AM. I told them I needed to pick it up by 3:00 PM that same day. The lady at the counter laughed and said that wouldn’t be a problem. At 3:45 PM I called to see if it was ready and found out they were just starting to look at it. When I asked why it took so long I was told other customers who had appointments came in and they pushed me back. Why wasn’t that communicated from the get go? The guy I was talking to on the phone copped a big attitude with me. We do a ton of work with this company, but never again with this location. My advice is stay away from Firestone all together, any location. This isn’t my fist bad experience with them, too many to count.

::I've been a long time Firestone customer. However, not this location. Not at all impressed with the service at this location. Came by mid-afternoon for oil change but they were backed up, so i gladly made an 'appointment' - the next day... Save from waiting a long time as a walk-in. ...only to wait nearly 2hrs before my car was even taken back.. any-way... I could have showed up when they opened first thing this morning, without-an-appointment and been done by now, in same time-spent. Not impressed.. Not likely to return to this particular location. No appointments necessary here..

::I was previously a fan of this Firestone location as the staff was always courteous and provided thorough explanations as to what services my vehicle needed. Granted, I've had to consistently spend an hour plus waiting on minor maintenance work but the customer service made it worth it until today. I made an appointment to have some minor work done on my vehicle and when I arrived, I was told that it would be 2 hours plus before they could even begin work on my vehicle... I understand that this location was busy at the time as they had accepted many walk ins but I can't understand why I was pushed to the absolute end of the line after having made an appointment days in advance... Why bother wasting people's time offering appointments if you're not even going to honor them?

::Came in for an oil change. I provide 24 hour care to my in-laws, so they were with me. The man who checked me in said it would be an hour before they would get my car in. I asked if it would be okay if I drove around for a little bit and bring the car back in 45 minutes. I could do that, but would lose my place in line. I didn't think I was asking for a special favor; I just wanted to make things a little easier for my in-laws. Obviously Firestone doesn't care about the elderly. Seriously, what harm would have been done by my coming back in 45 minutes? I wasn't asking to be moved up on the list!!!

::Brought my truck in to get the alignment done after replacing the rack and pinion. They tried to tell me they couldn’t align it because my control arms all needed to be replaced at a cost of $1655 just for parts. Thought it sounded a bit fishy because I had looked at them and they looked fine. Went and got a second opinion, and thank god I did. There was NOTHING wrong with my control arms and alignment was done for $150 and my truck drives great! DO NOT GO HERE! They will always tell you something is wrong even if it isn’t!!
