  This is my local location to order pizza from. Ordered online today on Super Bowl Sunday, order was ready right on time. App worked fine, order was correct. I’m a happy camper. Keep up the good work! Go Chiefs!

  Feb 12, 2023:: Order placed at 2:20pm and I set it for pick-up at 6pm. My thinking is, it's Super Bowl Sunday so let me order with plenty of time in advance. However, when I arrived at 6:05pm, my order wasn't ready and when I said, "I ordered almost 4hrs ago how is it not ready? " I get an attitude reply of ," It's Super Bowl Sunday, we're busy!" A couple of other people come in behind me and their order is ready and I asked, " Just curious, how long ago did you place your order? " One said "...about 45mins ago.. " the other said, "... About an hour ago... " After they left the store one of the employees said , " They didn't order an hour ago, it was longer than that. " I thought to myself, " Why would 2 random customers lie with nothing to gain? " However, what I asked was, "So I ordered approaching 4hrs ago, how long ago did they order?! " I got no response and she walked off folding boxes and affixing labels.

  I always have issues with my delivery orders (wrong house or missing items). The last order took them an hour to deliver the missing items after the first botched delivery.

  Quick. Easy. Painless. I ordered online for pick up and about 15 minutes later I got the notification that my food was ready. When I arrive I was warmly greeted and handed my food. Everything was so delicious. Overall, great experience.

  Ordered a Papa bowl barely anything in the bowl, looked half eaten. Asked for the driver to knock on the door, food was left outside. No knock.
