  This is by far the worst IHOP I've been to. It seemed like they only had 2 employees working there. It took almost an hour for our food to come out and this is with an almost empty restaurant as there were only 2 tables worth of costumers. The other table put a complaint before leaving . The food was disgusting. It tasted old. The only redeeming thing about this place was the tiny young server who was working overtime to compensate for the horrible food and service. She gave us a discount on items that were missing from our orders, she tried her best to accommodate us although it seems that she was one of very few visible workers.

  We were there as a family on Christmas day. Service was fine they were not that busy.. but some of the staff was joking around very loudly about one server taking most of the tables. Think it was all in good nature and no one was offended..they were just loud. One even cursed..probably didnt notice and or realize. Will still come back..no issues large enough to stop. Overall nice friendly place to eat

  Turkey sausage, eggs over easy, well done hash brown potatoes, and blueberry pancakes with extra berry's on top and whipped cream..served by friendly, courteous, competent "K" attentive but not hovering...this is a different IHOP than I remember in Bowie, from days before covid hit. Brightly decorated with holiday lights and warm, friendly staff, manager, table busser, and servers. Everyone was happy to be there including some regulars who talked to everyone who would listen...the whole staff made this an enjoyable breakfast...

  This restaurant is excellent. The manager, hosts, restaurant custodial team and of course the cooks,phenomenal . I waited for my order patiently as the staff kept my spirits high with great conversation and laughter. This restaurant is doing something good for the customers our community. Continue to serve outstanding food and keep the customer service oriented employees around. The employees are valued. 5 stars without a doubt.

  Consistently just a poor experience. Even through staff changes, through different dining experiences like to-go through calling or online. Even eating in the restaurant is a poor experience. Food is good and prepared well but the customer service and service leaves a lot to be desired.
