  Even though it may take a hit to my credit score, I’m going to cancel my Unity Visa. The hassle is not worth it. Other credit card companies have an easy to use app. Sign in with facial recognition, set up auto pay and you’re done. Here it’s a hassle to sign in and there’s no autopay. When you call they send you back and forth in a circle between Unity Visa and One United. I just found out there’s a speedpay that works if you get it by 5pm EST. And that’s when you remember to pay it. There’s no reason for this company to be so far behind

  She was very knowledgeable and enlightened me as to why my card wasn't working because it had expired. She also told me I should received my new card in the mail by now which means it got past me some how so I need to pay more attention to my mail.
