::Went to the ATMs made some deposits because it didn't take all my bills. Most of the ATMs were down so I decided to go inside the teller line. The teller had a terrible attitude, didn't even bother to greet. Told her I wanted to make 2 deposits, she asked if I had my deposit slips filled out told her no since I've been to other banks of America where they don't use the slips. She then asked for my Id to make cash deposit into a business account. That had never happened before in any other bank of America I've been to. Told her I didn't have my ID she told me I can go get it and then come back to her or use the ATMs told her ATMs were down all she said was oh well you can come back later. This happened today, first time ever going to a representative in this branch

::Bad visit. Worst experience at an BoA I've been to. 30 people in line on a Friday at 2pm. & 1 teller. Finally a 2nd teller came back. Looked like a manager kept popping his head in to see how much longer the line was. But, did nothing. ATM line was out the door. They think it's a good isea to service them at 2:45pm. 'Yes, I was still in line at 2:45'. They have 3 ATMs. 1 outside & 2 inside. Outside was being serviced as well. Cashing my check took over an hour. Maybe understandable if them ATMs were working & tbey had 4 tellers. But, as it is, just poorly managed on a Friday.

::Very slow with service. This bank always has about 20+ people in line and they always have only 2 or 3 tellers when theres 7 windows. You would think they would know there traffic days to have more tellers but they always have the same. That's why I here alot of people switching banks.

::Man what can I say, terrible...horrible....unbearable ....excruciating. The cashiers are cool but if you have to talk to anyone else, just go to a different bank. I mean seriously. I waited an hour plus for a temporary card. This place makes the Bank of America on Long Beach Blvd in Compton seem like a Washington mutual investment firm. Don’t go but deposit and take out money.
