  I lived in one of the apartments run by Mt Vernon Flats for 2 years and both my partner and I loved our time here. Gorgeous apartment that was well maintained. Very responsive management that truly cares about the experience of its renters! Would highly recommend.

  I booked a 3 month stay for my son, who spent the fall doing a college internship in Baltimore. He returned home over the weekend. Mount Vernon Flats were awesome. They were wildly responsive. The location was phenomenal. Museums, the beautiful Baltimore Basilica, great restaurants and the Mt. Vernon Marketplace were all very..very short walks. The marketplace was actually right across the street. History is everywhere in Mt. Vernon, including the 1st Washington Monument. (I wasn't aware of this prior to us looking into Baltimore.) The apartment itself was very nice. Just as advertised. A super safe building, clean and welcoming. I'd highly recommend working with the MVF team. You'll be very happy!

  My partner and I spent 4months in one apartment managed by Mt Vernon Flats while we work & travel to spend our remote working time due to the pandemic. The apartment was nice, clean, fully furnished with everything we needed. It was a lovely and safe neighborhood with lots of attractions nearby. Olivia and Roman were always responsive, thoughtful, and provided tremendous support during our stay. I will recommend to others and I myself will stay with them again if I come back to the area:)

  My husband and I stayed in a Mount Vernon Flats rental for 3 months while he was doing a medical rotation in Baltimore. We've had short stays in different cities all over the US for the last 2 years and this was by far the best rental and customer service we've had. Great location, well equipped kitchen, in suite laundry, and a good work from home space. Olivia and Roman were friendly and quick to respond to any inquiry. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

  We did a lot of research on a variety of potential apartments and ranked our options. Mount Vernon Flats were among our favorites due to a strong reputation to take care of problems quickly. I communicated with Roman and received fast responses. When we met in person, Roman was on-time, friendly, and informative. We loved the four apartments he showed us that were all well presented, in excellent condition, and seemed like great places to live. We eventually went with a larger apartment elsewhere, but would highly recommend Roman and Mount Vernon Flats based on our research and positive interactions with him.
