::I did not enjoy my stay at all. The staff was friendly but that's about the only good thing I can say about this hotel. Food was subpar, pool was closed and there was black mood all over the sheets. Yes, I said black mood!! When I called to inform them on day two of my 3 night stay they did not offer me anything other then "clean sheets". At check out I informed the supervisor and she offered me a 50 dollars refund for the inconvenience... my 3 year daughter, boyfriend and myself stayed in this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights with black mood in our room. They did not offer to switch my room, or reimburse me for (at the very least) 1 nights stay. UNBELIEVABLE! Do not stay here.

::I stayed here with my 2 girlfriends during Light City at the Baltimore Harbour. I have to say everyone who works here was so nice and helpful. Even the maintenance man who was fixing a chair in the restaurant asked me if I was having a nice stay and if I needed anything. The valets were super nice and helped with all our luggage in and out of our room. We needed an extra wastebasket in our room and their was a line at the front desk checking in guests on Friday. The valet took our room number and called housekeeping for us and had it taken care of in a matter of minutes. The breakfast was fabulous with so many choices I ate a different breakfast each of the 3 mornings we were there. The managers cocktail party was really nice and you got to meet and mingle with other guests and talk about Baltimore and favorite places in the city. The hotel is an easy walk to the harbor which was nice and very convenient only about 4-5 blocks. The area around the hotel was very safe and we walked back to the hotel on Saturday evening at 1:00AM. We stayed here 6 years ago before the hotel was renovated and I must say the Embassy did a fantastic job on the hotel as it looks great. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be near the harbor. We had a 2 queen suite room which was nice and roomy with the fridge and microwave and a coffee maker. We used all while we were there. The only problem we had was I could not get my phone to connect to the wifi but I think that was my problem and not the hotels. Its free too.

::It could be a great hotel, but it could use some attention. Dusting and cleaning attention. There was enough dust to write your name in on the ledge behind our table in the restaurant. The lights in our room and out side the elevator's were caked in dust. We had to clean our window's in our room because they had smudges and finger prints all over them when we checked in. We had a beautiful view from the 28th floor once we cleaned our window though. I wasn't overly impressed with the city of Baltimore as a whole so I won't be back anyways,

::I stayed here for work at Johns Hopkins hospital. The location was great! Customer service was pretty lacking however. Towels and soaps weren't replaced until I asked for them, they sent me to a nearby 7-11 to get quarters to use in their laundromat because they couldn't be bothered to give be change themselves. My biggest issue was that the thermostat in my room was reading temperatures 15 degrees lower than actual, causing my room to be very hot and uncomfortable for 2 of my 3 nights. Temperature limits on my thermostat prevented me from just setting a very low temperature to compensate. I usually love staying at embassy suites as they're nicer than most other Hilton brand hotels. As a diamond member for the past 3 years this hotel overall was just a disappointment. Stay somewhere else if you're visiting Baltimore.

::Spent 3 days! At first glance, was not impressed AT ALL. Didn't like the setup of the front desk. But I love STACKS on the second floor which is a restaurant and also does the room service for the hotel! The prices are a bit high but the food is GOOD! The waiters were attentive and amazing and they have a good HAPPY hour! $5 dollar drinks! Okay back to the hotel...it has a Starbucks on the ground floor connected to the hotel. The room was nice and housekeeping was fast and great! I never waited more than 5 minutes for whatever I called for. The women at the front desk were very nice and helpful! Overall the stay turned out better than my first impressions were!I guess I won't judge a book by its cover again!
