::Location was awesome. Hotel is cool if you're into the old converted home look and feel. The lady at the front desk was very cold for both check in and check out. This is a chance to experience an awesome neighborhood in Baltimore but not a luxury stay.

::Nothing good to say about this hotel. Room was freezing and could not get warm but then when the vents are near the ceiling and the ceilings are at least 9 feet that is going to happen. Slept in my coat. Bathroom had mold, broken soap dish off shower surround. Light switches were filthy, transition strip from toke to carpet was gross and carpet felt dirty when in bare feet. A fine layer of dust on the fake flowers in the fireplace. No where close to park if you arrive at night and walking from the parking to the hotel at night is an adventure. Staff was going to put me on upper level with no elevator and then didn’t offer to help carry luggage. The night guy looked like he had just crawled out from under someone’s crawl space basement. Never stay again and never recommend. Wish I knew How to attach pictures

::Loved this hotel. Spacious suite. Comfy bed and pillows. Good water pressure. Pleasant staff. Excellent wifi. Great price point. Cool atmosphere. Safe neighborhood. There are no elevators. So if that is important to you or you are mobility impaired this is not suitable. This is an older property decked out with orphan "antiques". It's a bargain if you like a hotel with atmosphere.

::It had charm. If your looking for something updated it is not for you. I enjoyed receiving actual keys to the room. It was clean and fairly quiet. It is odd to be buzzed it. The women at the desk was not the friendliest but the two gentlemen whom I meet later were genuinely nice. The only that bothered me was the smell of the carpet freshener. I stayed one night and I would recommend it for travelers. We were out most of the time being tourist.

::There are positives and negatives to this hotel. It definitely needs repairs, I had a window that needs to be fixed especially if it gets very windy. One light switch didn't work by the closet and you can hear through the walls very easily, my last night I couldn't sleep because it sounded like a person was prepping to sell drugs. On a positive note, the beds are comfortable and there are plenty of pillows. The female staff member was so nice and helpful. The hotel definitely needs a bit more cleaning. The bathroom was nice other than what looked like a burn mark on the tub. Also it is slightly awkward having 1 light (like a track light) above the bed. Lastly, I had loads of luggage and didn't have so many stairs but still enough that it can be tiresome. No elevator. Overall, not great, but not the worst.
