  The greeter was wonderful and went more than out of his way to assist me. However, the actual sales person was horrible! He didn't have any information wouldn't or couldn't answer my questions. He spoke to me like I was less than human and couldn't be bothered. He began adding things onto my purchase but wouldn't tell me the price of them and his attitude only became worse when I asked him to remove them. He continued to speak to me as if I was stupid. I only made the purchase because I needed to replace my broken phone. But I may return it and purchase it at another store.

  That is they didn't care what I was talking about and they didn't know how to fix a phone

  Went in for Bluetooth, somewhat expensive by comparison... Then couldn't purchase it. I left Sprint for this? My apologies... But I may have to rethink this service

  Ashanti was a very good employee when she served me. Very easy to understand and very nice. I like that store because of the different variety of phones.
