::They randomly closed the store on a Tuesday morning... because it was cold outside (not snowing or sleeting... just kinda cold... in the winter, lol). A couple days later we tried again, but this time we could not order any food because they "had to turn their oven back on and it takes a long time to heat up." Why was it turned off in the first place?! This location needs regional director-level management intervention or a takeover.

::Staff is friendly, but store operations needs improvement. For clarity, there is not a drive through. And donāt ever bother placing a mobile order; youāll still have to wait, even when itās not busy. If you do take your chances placing a mobile order and wait a little bit before going to get it, prepare for your order to not be there because (their words not mine) āa homeless person probably took it because we have a high homeless populationā. If thatās the case, management should find a system or business model to ensure paying customers actually receive their order. Not only is it inconvenient for the customer, itās potentially dangerous for the person taking someone elseās order.

::This is a busy location so please prepare to wait if you have a mobile order. Better yet just order when you get inside to save yourself from the wait (well kinda). Customer service is usually pretty decent but today was another story. Granted it wasnāt all the employees on shift today but COREY needs some serious training when it comes to customers. (11/9/22 at 9:15-9:45ishh AM) COREY is rude, obnoxious, and obviously hates his job. Although I did not speak to him directly, I witnessed and heard the comments he spoke both to a customer (who had been waiting well over 45 mins) and to his coworkers/under his breath (not so quietly might I add). He snaps at customer who asked about a drink as heād been waiting for a while. Makes a comment about āare these people blindā, āthese people get the stupidest drinks and wonder why theyāre waitingā, and so many more rude & unnecessary comments. It was extremely busy and Iām sure that can be frustrating but why take it out on others?? Especially when customers are simply inquiring about their drink after waiting for over half an hour. On another note, I wasnāt able to catch everyones name but shout out to Nia for being kind despite the craziness. Honestly, this location may be better off disabling mobile orders on their busy days. Your crew is obviously is overwhelmed and overworked. Treat them better!!

::whomever was running the register around 9:45 am this morning was incredibly rudeā¦ was texting the whole time and then proceeded to yell at me when i couldnāt scan the barcode on my app perfectly the first time. greeted me with ādo you know what you want?ā in a less than welcoming tone. she didnāt have a name tag anywhere on her so i was not able to say something to another employee while i was thereā¦

::This starbucks is so huge! Good spot for studying with very good customer service. I like the wheelchair accessibility provided for the higher level part. Overall, it is worth visiting this place.
