  Forget the cappuccino or Dr customer service alone rude af. Asked the girl Behind the counter if she was doing good tonight . She had the audacity to ask me “ do I know you”. Whaaat? What kind of customer service is that. Cappuccino actually wasn’t bad . But the customer service was

  Every time I go thinking I will use one of the deals on the apps it never works and I end up paying $4-$7 for a coffee drink that should be $2. There nitro brew is great - especially with the cold foam. Too bad it is only cold brew. However do not recommend the toast. It is not worth the price. One piece of toast with hummus and 4 pieces of sundried tomatoes. I can make the same thing at home for way less than they charge. I could see if this was outstanding but it is average at most for $3.99. Should cost $1.99 because that’s all it’s worth. Not very happy for the money I spent

  I came in today and it was busy! I worked in food service specifically with drinks so I know it’s hard. I ordered a peppermint mocha and I felt bad because I asked for the worker to put cream in it. When she made it it was definitely the best drink I’ve ordered from this location! I appreciate the staff for working so hard!

  Went down to try and get hot chocolate and a donut. They had no donuts, so I tried to get donut holes and my chocolate. Everything handled through computer, so only after I order both, and seeing every other donut hole be scooped up right in front of me, recipt in hand, was I told the hot chocolate was out. I asked for a refund, and stood there for 20 minutes, and eventually was just told to come back tomorrow for it. Would not recommend, especially as a semi-broke college student

  I use to be a Starbucks lover……. but Hailey & Betoyah have change that forever. They are absolutely the best! Amazing & friendly service at all times. Definitely make it feel like home. They deserve a raise 100%, customer service can’t be beat.
