::Ordered a decaf coffee on the app. Went thru drive through. Spent about 4 minutes for the obviously new person trying to figure out how to find my order. Then had to wait a out 5 minutes to make my order. Ans to top it off, at was the weakest coffee I have ever had.

::I’m leaving a one star review because there is no way I could leave less than that. According to google they close at 11, apparently the staff decided to close earlier than that. I went there at 10:40 and the screen was off, since I saw staff inside and the second window in the drive through was open I decide to stop by the window, around 2 minutes later a lady yelled at another person “there is a customer at the window” to which the other person responded “it is ok, make them wait until they leave” (all of it in Spanish not knowing I speak Spanish). Around 10:55 seeing that I was still there, a guy came to me and told me they were closed, I told him they were supposed to close at 11 and that I was there for 15 minutes already and that a lady saw and completely ignore my presence. I would definitely not recommend coming to this location.

::I paid thirty dollars for food that looked and tasted like reheated leftovers. The fries were lukewarm at best, and the burger felt, looked, and tasted like they dipped it in an unused vat of fryer grease before sending it out. And despite asking for no pickles or onions, they came with. Absolutely terrible.

::Placed a mobile order. There was a long line for drive thru so I came in the store to pickup instead. The pickup process was easy and seamless. It was being prepared as I entered the McDonalds. However the french fries was already soggy (maybe it was old french fries) and also under-seasoned (didn’t taste like it was properly or evenly salted). The staff was however friendly and service was fast. Soft drink self refill available, which was nice since some McDonalds in the area no longer even have their softdrink dispenser out anymore

::Food was fresh. Yet the real 5 star reason was the guy in the 2nd window. He was probably the best fast food worker I've come across as far as customer service. Extremely friendly and had a cheerful attitude. Handled himself perfectly in the face of a customer. Man deserves to be the GM.
