::Our order was placed at the counter. We ordered decaffeinated coffee with half n half. But, they served us half decafe - half regular. We ordered donuts at the same time. Our coffees were handed to us, but instead of serving our donuts the employee helped the guy behind us. That guy selected a variety of 24 different donuts. 🤣

::The district manager is sketchy! Shes two faced and wont even help this store remove the roaches and years of water damge in there. Do not order any frozen beverages here, the machine is not cleaned regularly and there are normally bugs living in the drainage tubs.

::They need to have more Blueberry Muffins available for purchase. It's like playing the Powerball... Hey you never know. Other than that the food is good and the service is very good to excellent.

::The drive through is always priority. If you need to go in then anticipate absurdity. They should hire someone from Chick Fila to perform optimization on order fulfillment. We will continue to go because our kid likes donuts but expect a painful experience.

::I would have given no stars if it were an option because of the terrible customer service. Went today to get a bagel and I asked them to put cream cheese on both sides of the bagel instead of just one side. They put so much cream cheese it looked like they were trying to put fondant on a 7-layer cake. Get it together DD Updated review: it’s been 3 years since the last time I reviewed this location. I learned not to ask for any special options and just take things as they are. Today I ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. No special instructions. I got a sliced but not toasted everything bagel with a thin layer of cream cheese on ALMOST one side of the bagel. I also ordered a bagel for my friend and got the wrong type of bagel. I just can’t win with these guys. A lot more has happened in between but if you can’t trust DD to give you a decent bagel, who can you trust?
