  This is the smallest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They don’t have a drink station to get refills. The staff won’t wait on you to give you a refill either. The service is super slow. They must have only 3 people in the back making food. There are at least 15-20 angry costumers waiting for their food. It took us around 30 minutes to get our order and it was not correct. I will not be taking my family back to this McDonald’s again!!! If they are low staffed they should close the indoor dining and just do drive through.

  I’m literally speechless right now. I tried to order from their kiosk and my order messed up and kicked me out, no big deal. Go to the register where there is a sign that says “do to staffing we are only taking orders a Kisok. I tried to explain to the manager Eli, who either wasn’t listening or didn’t understand. After getting frustrated that I have to wait 15 minutes to “try again” for my coupon to work I asked for the 800 number. She handed me a bag (that they serve food in) and highlighted the zip code ( 10958-550) and said that’s the number to call them. I tried to explain again that it couldn’t be the phone number, again either she wasn’t listening or didn’t understand. After trying to ask for a pen to write down my information for the SM to call me and being told “ we don’t have one” Another employee handed me a cup and said it’s on here… I seriously just can’t. I’m at a disbelief, this is who is in charge of a multimillion dollar restaurant at night? Someone who can’t tell a zip code and a phone number apart. Edit: I should add, I wasn’t even calling to complain. I just wanted my rewards back to my app that was taken off when the kisok glitched

  830 E Williams Street, Apex NC So every once in awhile, maybe 1 or so a month, I sit down at this McDonald's to work online or study for PhD classes. All of the staff are super nice, know me by name. And I always order 2 meals while I'm there, since I know I'm taking up a table. However, the "owner" today came in and said I was being a nuisance and can't just park myself here for hours. That there isn't a sign up yet saying so, but that he'd put one up. All of this I could understand if I wasn't contributing and purchasing food at the establishment. Or if I was obnoxious or loud. But I sit, with headphones on and eat my food quietly as I work. Hadn't even been in since earlier this month. This review is not bashing the wonderful workers there. JUST the supposed owner.

  Great experience - the manager (I assume because if the different color shirt) was super friendly, offered to refill my drink, took care of our tray when we were ready to leave and asked us how the food was while we were eating. The fries were hot and fresh, all around great.

  Woohoo, another McDonald’s! At least it will start off clean!
