  They r only getting 1 star because it wouldn’t let me do zero stars. I called early in the morning 2 ask if I needed an appointment 2 have an alignment done. I was told no just 2 come in n it will take 45 mins. to a hour. However when I arrived I was told it will take a few hours. I didn’t have a way back home due 2 the fact I was planning on waiting the hour but not a few hours. So obviously I left very pissed because the service guy didn’t even apologized after I even explained thats not what I was told on the phone I was told I didn’t need an appointment n it will only take up2 a hour. I went a few miles down the road 2 Quality Towing & Automotive were they had it done on the spot n I had my vehicle back in a hour. Mavis Tires needs not only better customer service but also better phone communication maybe they can get some training from Quality Towing & Automotive.

  I brought my Ford mustang in to have the original Pirelli tires taken off during the winter. After garaging them safely all winter, I brought the tires to another shop to have them put on and two of the tires have holes in the side walls. Be careful when getting your tires replaced here, apparently they are inexperienced when dealing with certain tires.

  The staff at this location did an excellent job and I would go back to this location for future work on my vehicles.

  I will never go there again....oil change and tire rotation dropped off at 10am...I call at 4pm cause I haven't heard from them...they said it was ready...I get there THEY JUST PUT IT ON THE LIFT!!!! the tall guy with white hair said there finishing up....I said they just started graining the oil now???? So I waited and watch from outside....45mins later they bring car out to me....I ask did you rotate the tires? Yes we did... really because the brake dust from the front tire are still on the front tire??? So I tell the tall guy in front with white hair he tells me I need new tires....i tell you they did not rotate tires and you try and sell me tires ....3 third strike smh never coming here ever again!!! I want to say so much more but...I will end with this if you don't care about your car by all means go head!! 01/02/2018

  I stopped in this location on Sunday 12/31 because I happened to be in the area and had a flat from a nail. I had put air in just to get there. I got there at 3:45 and they had abbreviated hours that day because of the holiday. I just wanted to get the tire plugged to get home. They said they were "closing". I know they wanted to go home but I don't think they should turn someone away when they're still technically open and I didn't have any other options and it was about 10 degrees out. I don't think it would've taken that long to just plug a tire with the equipment at their disposal. If they're open till four then they're OPEN till 4.
