  This was my first time buying a car and I’m so glad to have had such a great experience. Lou was amazing! He took his time with me. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I was even able to get a ride from the train station to the dealership. The whole process was smooth and painless. I love my car.   Buying a car is not easy, thanks to Mr. Kurt Glass who made it so simple. He is very experienced and knowledgeable with the Subaru cars. I would recommend him and Curry Subaru to anyone who is looking for a new car. He is an excellent and courteous sales person and made our experience of buying a new car totally stress free and painless. He is very patient, understood our requirements, explained all the features and helped us make a right decision. The good spirit of this dealership just does not end here, I would also like to mention Mr. Klitos Manuel from finance who got us a good rate and helped us save some more money on the deal. Keep up the good work !!

  Has nothing but an extremely positive experience from beginning to end. My salesman, Kurt Glass, was all the the things I needed him to be: genuinely friendly, flawlessly knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, and, in all ways, helpful. No "hard" sell. No games. No sense of rush (i came back in on a second day to test drive all three models that I was considering for a second time, and Kurt was completely supportive of the process without in any way trying to push me in one direction or another, or "up-sell" me). In part, as a result of that professionalism and patience, I wound up choosing the model I had thought least likely -- precisely because I was provided the test-drive time and informational support by Kurt to really figure out both what made the most sense for me from a technical standpoint and what "felt" best as a driving experience. I had pre-submitted my credit information via the dealership's website prior to going in, suspecting that it was really just a gimmick and that I'd have to go through the whole thing again when I got there, but it turned out to be completely helpful. My credit rating was confirmed before I arrived, there was no "financial process" time at all, in fact (one benefit of which was that I was able to received "hard quotations" about numbers from the very first moment that Kurt and I sat down to speak. In fact, all the paperwork parts of the process were similarly easy and efficient. In fact, unlike previous car-buying experienced I have had, the "paperwork" experience was genuinely quick and easy. From beginning tow end on both days I was at Curry, there were no undue delays. I had the complete attention of whomever I was dealing with at each step in the process. Summary? Every part of the process was just the way I needed it to be, with absolutely none of the "traditionally" unpleasant parts of car-buying. I love my new Forester and and delighted I chose Curry Subaru as the dealership. My experience was exclusively positive and I enthusiastically recommend Curry (and Kurt Glass) to anyone considering buying a Subaru.

  From beginning to end, our whole Subaru experience was much better than I thought it was going to be, as I hardly knew much about the company or the cars they offered. The overall vibe of the dealership was super laid back and comfortable. This made it a lot easier to get through the whole lengthy and tiresome process (as for those who don't know, it does take at least a few hours, until you actually drive out with your new purchase!) The entire Curry Subaru team of Cortland Manor, NY were extremely kind and supportive to any questions or concerns we had. You can tell that they really take pride in their customer service - to be all that a high-quality customer service should be which is accommodating and patient, knowledgeable and well spoken and also considerate and caring for ALL their clients, new and old! Our particular car salesman/product specialist, Kurt Glass (along with his buddy-in-training) were just awesome, good guys. This duo definitely won't let you leave the dealership without feeling like you know the necessary basics to whatever car you chose. Better yet they also ensure that you feel good driving it before you leave the parking lot. In general, I felt more than satisfied with how they helped us during our time spent there. Much LOVE to Subaru and to their entire fab Curry team! We are now proud enthusiasts of our new Subaru Outback 2018 and adore it more and more every day :)
