  EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE I had the greatest experience today when, I walked into this Mattress Firm. Calvin- the assistance manger is a phenomenal sales person. He was beyond knowledgeable and sold me the most comfortable mattress in the store. He’s great! It’s hard to come across great customer service and dedication but Calvin is definitely the man. Thank you!

  This has been my best retail experience! Calvin is so good at listening to people and understanding their mattress needs. He made sure we were comfortable with our selection and applied no pressure whatsoever. This has been the most relaxing store experience in my life. He stayed back an additional half hour after the store closed because my wife and I had not made up our mind yet. Not once he mentioned that time is up or we have to hurry. He is very knowledgeable and had answer to every single question we had. Now I understand why this store is so highly rated. Mattress Firm @ 440 rocks! Calvin is awesome! @Calvin - Thank you !

  I was a bit hesitant to go to a national chain but the reviews for Mattress Firm in Jersey City were stellar so I gave it a chance. I was greeted immediately by Calvin and he made me feel welcome and at ease quickly. He asked good questions and listened to the answers. He only showed me mattresses that fit my needs and did not employ any high pressure tactics. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Hopefully the mattress purchase will be as successful as the store visit. Highly recommend - one of the better retail experiences I've had.

  Any time a representative of any company follows up I give nothing but praise because I know the service is going to be great. My husband and I purchased this mattress in Jersey City a few days ago and the Asst. Storeroom Manager Calvin was A1. He was helping another customer and ended up staying an extra hour and a half to help us find the perfect mattress. We tested out a different mattress for almost an hour and a half and ultimately decided to get the BR Aubrie mattress. We caught the manager special which was a great deal. Calvin made sure to follow up to make sure my order was correct which I really appreciated. He deserves a promotion for his great customer service skills and thorough knowledge of company products.

  Awesome store because of the experienced employee with excellent customer service... Calvin is super knowledgeable and extremely well mannered. He explains to you in full detail and goes above and beyond to help you. He even got a measuring tape and measured the dimensions for my husband. I highly recommend you take your business there and see if. If he’s not available his co worker Nick is awesome and extremely knowledgeable too. Both men have full knowledge on what they are selling. Very impressive.A++++
