  The manager Jonathan was a very awesome helper to me and my family. I was able to ship back a stroller with out the original box and for free via their normal delivery truck. So that saved me big money.

  This store is bad. Every time I come here there's only 1 person working register and they're at customer service desk. Really slow. A few times I've tried ordering online and pickup in store, but it never worked so I gave up. Still here for supplies if you don't mind waiting to checkout.

  Staff not helpful. Not a very good range of products compared to others.

  Its small but convenient they do not pick up the phone at all called 6 times but when I got here I asked for help n was helped immediately had fun while I was here with my daughter...

  Terrible service, I was stuck at the register for over a half hour just to price match an item. Then I leave home and find out that a bag of items were missing. Cashier left bag I paid for behind the counter and forgot to give it to me. I then contacted the store and we verified my bag was at the store. Meanwhile I live in nyc, supervisor on the phone refused to ship me the item. I was told to wait till tomorrow for another person in management to see what they can do. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, don't waste your time going to this location!
