  So, I LOVE Loft. Unfortunately, this one doesn't have the greatest customer service. I called to confirm that they had a specific item in stock (their website says to call before you go to confirm). They stuck me on "a brief hold"...for 32 minutes. I've worked in retail, and I get that customers in store take priority over customers who call. Even so, unless the building is on fire, there is no situation in which a customer should sit on hold for over 10 minutes. I'll be frequenting one of the many other Loft stores in the area in the future.
