  The products speak for themselves, but the staff has a hard time connecting with customers. The sole person working there was standing outside on the phone. After about 10 minutes we decided to get off the phone and come in the store, but even after eye contact she failed to ask a single question about how he could help. We were extremely different products ourselves figure out what we like and what they might have in our size. We ended up leaving in a frustrated way. No product in hand and not even a thank you for coming. She wants to see your touch the products which is a good place to go, but to actually buy the product you will have better luck online

  i show up at 19:22 and they are closed. what kinda of store closes before its times it has announced.

  Bought shoes in July in the store. At the time, the store was out of shoe bags. They told me to call back in a couple of weeks and they would send me the shoe bags. Sounded fine to me. Called today and they told me they would not send the bags as it was too expensive. I offered to pay for the postage and they still declined. Thanks for the lousy service guys.
